An old pal of Yuujirou's from way back, this Colonel serves in the US Army and basically sees the whole Baki vs. Yuujirou thing as serious business—like watching two nations go to war. He's got the military perspective to back up that take, and he clearly respects what Yuujirou brings to the table, even if the situation itself is pretty intense.
