Status: Apparent leader of the Offscourings
The Black King runs the show among the Offscourings, though not much is actually known about who he really is. He's got healing powers, which is interesting given his whole worldview—apparently he once genuinely tried to help humans, but they rejected him for it. That rejection clearly stuck with him. These days he's moved on from that failed mission and now focuses his efforts on nonhumans instead, which tracks with his leadership of a group that, well, doesn't exactly embrace humanity.
