Alexander Bucock—known as "Old Man" to those under his command—is a seasoned military figure who's spent decades climbing the ranks of the Free Planets Alliance. His career took him through major engagements including the Second Tiamat Battle in 745UC, followed by the Van Fleet Starzone Battle and the Third Tiamat Battle as a Vice Admiral. By the time he reached the rank of Fleet Admiral, Bucock had become Starfleet Commander and eventually took charge of the Combined Forces, overseeing operations from his flagship Rio Grande with the 5th Fleet before moving to a post at the Strategical Planning Center on Planet Heinessen.
