Synopsis

Orphen used to be the Tower of Fang's star student, but these days he's stuck working as a moneylender chasing down broke clients. That changes when one of them ropes him into a marriage fraud scheme. Dragging his feet through it all, Orphen stumbles across a monster he's been hunting since he left the Tower in the first place. Now he's caught between people trying to kill the thing and his own determination to protect it at all costs, and his quiet life is officially over. The real goal—turning his sister Azalie back into human form—pulls him deeper into a tangled mystery that might hold the key to understanding how the world actually works.
