Ami Maeshima is best known as the former leader of the idol group SUPER☆GiRLS, which she was part of from their 2010 debut all the way through to her graduation on March 31, 2017. She left both the group and iDOL Street at the same time.
After her idol career, she transitioned into voice acting, landing her debut role as Aya Maruyama in the smartphone rhythm game BanG Dream! Girls Band Party. More recently, she launched her solo music career on November 20, 2024, releasing her first album, Determination, through KING AMUSEMENT CREATIVE.
