Yamada Reiko is a voice actress born December 29, 1948 in Kumamoto Prefecture. She's best known to anime fans for voicing Kigaan in the first season of Sailor Moon, though she also had a memorable role as Lum's mother in Urusei Yatsura. She was formerly affiliated with the talent agency Liberta.
