Matt Greenfield is an American co-founder of ADV Films, the anime distribution company that's no longer in operation. He and John Ledford—a guy known in fandom circles as "Anime NASA"—started the company back in 1992, growing out of their shared passion for anime. Before that, they ran an anime club together in Houston, Texas, which gave them a direct line to the existing fan community they'd eventually market to.
At ADV, Greenfield worked his way up to vice president and served as an executive producer on most of the company's releases. He's probably best known to fans as an ADR director on the English dubs, though he occasionally popped up as a voice actor using the name Brian Granveldt. He's married to Tiffany Grant, who worked as both a voice actress and contractor for ADV.
