Bill Townsley

Bill is best known for his work as a voice actor and ADR director on English dubs of Japanese anime, with TAJ Productions being a major part of his career. He's voiced some pretty memorable characters over the years—Parn in Record of Lodoss War, Kuroneko in Trigun, and Dr. Yung in The Mastermind of Mirage Pokémon. He also voiced Harley in the Pokémon series.
His filmography includes some notorious titles too. He took on multiple roles in Legend of the Overfiend, and worked on both that and the Pokémon stuff under the pseudonym Billy Regan—probably wise given the subject matter of some of those projects. Beyond just voice acting, he's spent considerable time as an ADR director, shaping the sound of anime dubs that reached English-speaking audiences during a pretty formative era for the medium.
