Okasaki Miho is best known for her deep connection to Nana Mizuki—a relationship that's basically defined her career trajectory. Back in 2014, she won a Nodojiman competition performing Mizuki's "DISCOTIQUE" right in front of her, which was kind of a big deal. Before that, she'd appeared as Mihoko Itami on the 7th Anisong Grand Prix in 2013 alongside Tatsuyuki Kobayashi.
She officially debuted as a solo artist on September 15, 2021 under King Amusement Creative, the same label that represents Nana Mizuki. Her debut single was "Happiness" (ハピネス). The full-circle moment came during King Super Live 2024, when she finally got to perform "DISCOTIQUE" with Mizuki herself—a decade after winning that competition.
