Tsukase Noriko was a voice actress who worked steadily through the 1970s and 80s, racking up roles across a wide range of anime. She's best known for voicing Spank in Ohayou! Spank, Miss Alphonne in the original Cutie Honey TV series, and the dual roles of Non and Furu-Furu the cat in Majokko Megu-chan.
Beyond those standouts, she had notable parts in a bunch of shows that defined the era—Kosoku Denjin Albegas, Temple the Balloonist, Doteraman, Ippatsuman, Plawres Sanshiro, Jacky the Bear Cub, Mahou Shoujo Lalabel, and Future Boy Conan, among others. She also popped up in guest or minor roles on popular series like Devilman, Dragon Ball, Tokimeki Tonight, Gatchaman, Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs, Alps no Shoujo Heidi, Dororon Enma-kun, and Himitsu no Akko-chan.
