Aimi is a voice actress with HiBiKi who's best known for her work across anime and games. Early on, she kept her professional life split—using her full name for voice acting and Aimi for singing—but unified everything under "Aimi" starting in December 2013.
She's had solid competitive credentials too. She made it to the finals of the 3rd ANIMAX Anison Grand Prix, competing alongside Sayaka Sasaki.
Her younger sister, Chiharu, also works in the industry. Chiharu was part of 22/7 before leaving in February 2021, then joined HiBiKi that September where she and Aimi now work together.
