A Mexican dubbing actress and singer, she got her start in voice work remarkably young—doing jingles and voiceovers from age 6 before officially beginning dubbing work at 8. Her breakthrough came in 2005 when she voiced Lucy Pevensie in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. These days she's best known for voicing Pinkie Pie in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
Her dubbing work has earned serious recognition. She won the Bravo Award for Best Youth Dubbing Actress twice—in 2011 for Super 8 and again in 2015 for Interstellar.
Beyond the booth, she's built a music career under the name Meli G, releasing singles like "Junto a ti," "Entre la fog," and "Something in you" (2016). She also competed on La Voz, the Mexican version of The Voice, as part of Belinda's team.
At this point, her focus has shifted more toward music, which means she takes on fewer dubbing projects than she used to.
