Kristin got her start early—really early. She was only five when she performed in The Alphabet Wizard of Oz at her school, and that basically sealed it: she knew acting was what she wanted to do. Born in Kinston, North Carolina, she'd moved to Texas as a kid, so the performance bug hit while she was still in elementary school.
By 18, she was ready to go all-in. She left home and enrolled at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City, serious about making it happen. After graduating, she built her resume with stage work, voice acting for Cartoon Network's PowerPuff Girls, and indie films. But after 9/11, she decided to leave New York and relocate back to Texas, settling in Dallas.
