Birthplace: Texarana, Texas, U.S.
Catherine Marie Thomas was born January 10, 1997 in Texarana, Texas. She caught the performance bug early—in fourth grade she was already on stage in a Romeo and Juliet production. After completing her Teaching Artist training through Young Audiences of Houston Arts Learning Lab and graduating from the University of Houston, she co-founded the local theater company Says Who? Productions.
Thomas has built a solid theater resume across Houston. She's best known in local circles for roles like Puck in Hoosier Shakes' A Midsummer Night's Dream and Juliet in Shakespeare Outreach's Romeo and Juliet. Other stage credits span everything from Main Street Theatre for Youth productions (Thing 2/Kitten in The Cat in the Hat, Gladys in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever) to university work including Fairytale Lives of Russian Girls, Luchadora!, Julius Caesar, and She Kills Monsters. She's also done devised and immersive theater work with Houston's Dinolion, appearing in Lionshare and Rabbit Cage.
More recently, Thomas broke into voice acting in 2018 through Sentai Studios. Anime fans know her for roles like Yui Yuigahama in My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU, Marie in Girls und Panzer, Karin Istel in Love Flops, and Yumechi in Akiba Maid War.
