Kimotsuki Kaneta was a veteran voice actor from Kagoshima with a massive catalog spanning decades of anime and dubbing work. He's best known for iconic roles like Suneo in Doraemon, Iyami in Osomatsu-kun, and the villain Dracula in Kaibutsu-kun. Fans often recognize his voice from Galaxy Express 999 as the Conductor, or from the Anpanman series as Horrorman. He also voiced Tom in the Japanese dub of Tom and Jerry, Jiminy Cricket across all versions of Pinocchio, and Benzou in Kiteretsu Daihyakka.
Beyond voice acting, he handled sound direction for Totsugeki! Pappara-tai.
