Ray Hurd studied communications at the American Broadcasting School, where he got experience across pretty much everything in the industry—voice acting, vocal coaching, producing and editing commercials, sportscasting, writing, and newscasting. He's also done work with Funimation on various voice projects.
He won Breakthrough Voice Actor of the Year (Staff Choice) at the 3rd Annual BTVA Anime Dub Awards.
