Keiko Han grew up in Tokyo with a unique family background—her father has Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese heritage, giving her Taiwanese citizenship through her parents' time living there, while her mother is Japanese from Osaka.
She was painfully shy as a kid, to the point where reading aloud in class terrified her. That changed in high school when a friend dragged her into the drama club. Turns out that was exactly what she needed. Not only did she shake off the shyness, but she became genuinely passionate about acting and pursuing it as a career.
Beyond voice acting, Han is seriously into astrology. She's co-written multiple astrology books with a prominent Japanese astrologer and has contributed horoscope columns to various anime magazines, including Gundam Ace—often writing from the perspective of her most famous role, Lalah Sune, which fans find pretty cool.
She's also the mother of voice actress Megumi Han.
