After spending 12 years as a radio personality across the Midwest and New York, Dave relocated to Los Angeles in 1984 to break into voice acting. That move pretty much defined the rest of his career—he worked steadily in commercials, film dubbing, looping, narration, and voiced characters across tons of cartoons.
He's probably best known for his work on "Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers," where he handled the daily intros and voiced Baboo for Saban Productions starting in 1993. In 2007, he earned dual nominations at the 1st Annual American Anime Awards in New York City for Best Actor and Best Actor in a Comedy, which spoke to how respected he'd become in the voice acting community.
