Kate Higgins is a voice actress and singer born August 16, 1969 in Charlottesville, Virginia. She's best known for voicing Sakura Haruno in the anime series Naruto, and has also landed roles as Saber in Fate/stay night and its PS2 port Fate/Realta Nua. Since 2010, she's been the official English voice of Miles "Tails" Prowers in SEGA's Sonic the Hedgehog franchise.
Higgins studied music at Auburn University and is a trained pianist who worked with jazz pianist Bob Richardson. She's sometimes credited under her maiden name, Kate Davis, and has voiced characters across various media including Tina Armstrong in Dead or Alive Xtreme 2.
