A Mexican voice actress best known for her work dubbing anime and cartoons into Spanish, particularly remembered for bringing characters like Kagome from Inuyasha and Gaz from Invader Zim to life.
She got her start in dubbing through her uncle Alejandro Mayén, who brought her to Audiomaster 3000 in 1997. The casting director Fernando Álvarez gave her space to practice, and after seven months she passed her audition on the first try. Her first actual role came through Ernesto Lezama at Intersound.
In 2005, she stepped away from voice work for family reasons, intending to take just two years off—though it ended up being a decade. She announced her return in February 2015 during an interview with Radio Anime Nexus, where she also revisited some of her Inuyasha work.
