Haruka kicked off her voice acting career in 2007 with a role in Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica, where she voiced Corticarte Apa Lagranges. She's best known for playing Lala Satalin Deviluke in To Love-Ru and Shiho Sannomiya in Zettai Karen Children, among other notable parts.
Back when she was still in high school (graduating in 2008), she lived in Ichimomiya and regularly commuted between Nagoya and Tokyo via shinkansen for voice recording sessions. After graduating, she moved to Tokyo to attend university and has stayed there since.
