Tobita Nobuo is a voice actor represented by Arts Vision. He studied literature and history at Komazawa University before launching into voice work—his debut came in 1982 with a minor role as Bob in Cybot Robotchi.
He's best known for voicing Kamille Bidan in Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, the hardened spy Albert Heinrich (004) in the 2001 Cyborg 009 series, and the recurring character Sueo Maruo in Chibi Maruko-chan. Over a career spanning decades, Tobita built a solid reputation for playing supporting and middle-tier characters across mecha, action, and comedy anime.
